Trevor Francis, England's first £1 million footballer and ex-England player has died at the age of 69.
Singer and songwriter Raymond Froggatt has died aged 81, his bandmate has confirmed. Known to his fans as "Froggy", the Shropshire-based musician had success in the 1960s providing top-ten hits for The Dave Clark Five and Cliff Richard.
Yet another icon from the music world has passed away too young, Sinead O'Connor at the age of 56. Arguably her most famous song was Nothing Compares To You penned by Prince.
Mark Margolis, best known for his role as Hector Salamanca in the Breaking Bad series (and subsequent spin-off Better Call Saul) has died at the age of 83.

Actor Anita Carey has died at the age of 75 following her breast cancer diagnosis. The former Coronation Street and Doctors star was first diagnosed 13 years ago.
William Friedkin, director of the classic horror film The Exorcist, died on Monday at the age of 87.
Cha-Cha Slide creator and singer DJ Casper dies aged 58 following cancer battle.
Actress Doreen Mantle, best known for her role in the BBC comedy One Foot in the Grave, has died aged 97, her agent has announced. Mantle played Jean Warboys, the annoying friend of Victor Meldrew's wife, Margaret, in the BBC series.
Robbie Robertson, guitarist and songwriter for Canadian-American group The Band, has died aged 80.
