Stedman Pearson from the British pop group Five Star has died at the age of 60. Pearson, who died on Monday, had diabetes and was on dialysis treatment. Their matching outfits and synchronised dance routines meant they were seen by some as a British answer to The Jackson 5.
Eddie Jordan, the flamboyant former Formula 1 team owner and television pundit, has died aged 76. The Irishman had aggressive prostate cancer.
Boxing heavyweight legend George Foreman has died aged 76.
Former Radio 1 DJ Andy Peebles, one of the last people to interview John Lennon, has died at the age of 76. He presented on BBC Radio 1 from 1978 to 1992 and also hosted a number of editions of Top of the Pops in the 1970s and 80s. Peebles interviewed Lennon two days before the musician's murder in December 1980.
Former Lancashire and England fast bowler Peter Lever has died at the age of 84. Lever was part of the England team that won the Ashes in Australia in 1970-71.
