2016 claimed Colonel Abrams on Saturday and Fidel Castro on Friday. Thankfully there are only 4 or so weeks left of this year.
Some years have been bad this has been one of them , lets hope we have a quieter 2017.

Shocked to hear about Colonel Abrams. Trapped was a tune that was ahead of it's time and I'm pretty sure influenced dance musicians/DJ's for many years afterwards.
It seems that we are ending the year as we began, another famous person gone, Greg Lake of Emerson Lake & Palmer has passed away at the age of 69.
And still they come from Mars... (sorry pardon the pun).

In 1998 John Glenn became the oldest person to go into Space at the time he was 77.
