When will it (319450) be in service?

I assume that it has arrived for storage as the unit is one of the eight due to be converted as part of the FLEX programme.
At least it has a base colours for the new Northern livery.

Is it? I have it as one of the additional 12 units for Northern.

SD.
The Flex units will make up part of the additional 12. Northern aren't getting any extra 319s.
That is correct. The twelve units coming to Northern are two 319/0, two 319/2 (already here) and eight 319/4 which will be converted to FLEX.
319219 arrived at Lime St at 1136 and departed at 1150 empty to and from Allerton depot each way
