The 319s replacement on Thameslink are the 700s which currently could be descried as more unreliable than Northerns 319s.
319s are no longer booked to Brighton but 319433 and 31945 reached there on Monday after replacing a failed 700 at Bedford
The 319s on Thameslink are pretty reliable. Seems whatever reworkings were undertaken during the Wolverton? refits has introduced this issue Northern have

The only 319 failure that I have suffered was a door problem. As has been said before the door controls were moved when in works from the cabs to the carriage doors. This might account for many of the problems with the units.
One of the 12 additional class 319 is at Allerton depot.

This 319 had already been repainted into GTR Thameslink livery. So, fairly short-sighted in a way.

I rode 319 377 MAN- LIV at 7.56 last Saturday. I was pleased a 319 turned up as I had an Advance Single for that journey. I did see a 142, possibly heading for MCV but it seemed that all Airport services were 319s at that point.
The 10:25 Thatto Health to Liverpool Lime Street is 156472, Another failed 319?

according to RTT, the 156472 has been doing the following services today:

07:00 LIV to WGN (arriving at 07:52)
08:03 WGN to LIV (arriving at 08:48)
09:00 LIV to WGN (arriving at 09:50)
10:03 WGN to LIV (arriving at 10:53)

and then this unit has covered

11:55 LIV to MCO via WAC

Concerning the 11:00 LIV to WGN, this service has, according to RTT, previously formed from
08:55 PRE to LIV (5F00).

By the way, what is the usual formation of the LIV to Chester (CTR) service (5D39)?
Now 319374 is playing up, Guard spent about 5 mins trying to close the doors, turns out there's a door fault so the said door has been taken out of use, it's one thing after another with these!

5D39 = a 150
