Interesting, Rail Magazine states service entry as next December. Someone's not right here and you'd probably believe the leasing company.
As I said before, a class 319 bi-mode can do Liverpool-Blackpool North service. It can do Liverpool to Preston using overhead wire and Preston to BLackpool North using diesel mode.
