Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the 113 operated out of Chorley Depot so why would 47713 be only on loan until Scania's arrive for Preston Depot?
They where my initial thoughts mate. But I didn't know for sure.

Because some of the cascades from Chorley have happened, but they're yet to get the replacement vehicles as PR can't spare them.
An unusual working on Southport schools was 21109 S450KCW from Chorley depot. It must be on loan there now.
B10BLE 21109 was in Bolton earlier on a 125!!!
