There's one in Blackburn bus and coach yard. Didn't get the number though.

To get passengers to and from Widnes Town Centre (for connecting services and amenities) at a time when an area of over 2 miles would be unserved by any form of public transport.
Yes but its running on fresh air. Never seen anybody on it in the evening from Weates Estate area..

It's not a busy service in any respect but I've been on some of the evening services recently and they are quite well used by shift workers and people who appear to be using the "Hive".
there is 2 still not refurbed plus one is at blackburn after getting rtc repairs and refurb
