I seen a photo on facebook taken today of it on the 201 I presume after the 201 it goes empty to run 1 trip on a 61?
I have no idea but unless it was a Bus exchange i would assume so
Interesting move for Halton to divert some of the 14C's to replace the 9 when it's withdrawn, using the service number 14D:

Haltons fleet is starting to look very grubby, smokey and uncared for. Things have gone downhill fairly quickly from the days of brand new buses most years.

I would personally disagree, in fact I think the fleet is looking the smartest its looked in a good few years with the application of the revised livery. There is no getting around the fact that some of the ELCs look a bit tatty but every company has buses that look a bit on the tatty side. The Enviro200s and Omnicities still look immaculate in the new livery, of course more so when they are washed.

Service changes with the anticipated opening of the Mersey Gateway. It'll be interesting to see how this all pans out. It looks like West Bank will be omitted with buses getting on the new bridge in Widnes and then double backing along the expressway into the old town. It also looks like Runcorn railway station will be omitted.
Its gonna be a bit of extra hike for Halton and Arriva when it opens needing extra buses
Apparently Arriva are splitting routes with them all running as normal into Runcorn then via the expresway into Widnes. I am told the 82A will be split at JLA with Speke running JLA to Liverpool. I am unsure about the other routes but I was told this is the case for the 82. Also with the X30 moving out to Chester, it could give up some free space.
Number 5 has now been re-registered with 59s old registration, LIG 1677. Only just noticed this so could have occurred some time ago.
