Have you read the previous comment about the wall collapsing as the bus was passing , perhaps there should have been a risk assessment by the local police force with regards the danger of the wall giving way and the road maybe should have already been closed before any danger to life and limb.

True and if the wall had given way when there was cars on it i.e small hatchbacks, the momentum of the flood could of lifted the cars and took them over the edge. Thankfully its minor injuries and not worse.
If it had been a car , I do fear for the occupants lives as a car would have gone a greater distance and probably been submerged .
Another area really feeling the force is the A93 which now becomes the Perth to Braemar Road until something can be done to bridge the gap where the A93 has been consumed by the River Dee , see what the force of water in large amounts can do .
At least it might stop him blowing his own trumpet :-)
I am sure that he will be banned from all Virgin Stations when he is released eventually if he hasnt already .

Might of been looking for a note but he couldn't find it. Kind of out of key
But how the hell did he manage to lock himself in though , that's the question that needs to be asked .
