They have to have a buissness case when applying for veichles and then then head of veichle allocations decides what veichles they will receive.
They look at :
1. Route
2. Passenger numbers
3. Profit of depot.
If the depot/route doesn't earn enough to make the repayments of the cost of new veichles as remember it comes out the depots budgets and profits if they buy new veichles then unfortunately they get hand me downs from other depots which the veichle repayments have already been paid off.
Did anything leave?

Ive noticed 921 is missing from the tracker has it been withdrawn?

I had heard this was due to go into storage at Wrexham but not sure if its actually made the move

It was last used at Runcorn on the 22nd October on the 1 Busway Service, Checking DVLA it is as just been taxed until November 2020.
But is due its MOT 16 December 2019
