Arriva Bangor looking at 16 new Streetlites for the 5/X5/5D .

Anyone heard the same?

No but it doesn't sound plausible seeing as the Pulsars are only 5 years old

Not heard anything at all about it, you say that but the new Streetlites in Kent for the Sapphire 480/490 replaced 14 plate Sapphire Streetlites on the same routes, could happen but doubt it.
Can think of a few corridors that received new buses around 5 years after the last batch, with those then cascaded to other routes.
