The guy is clearly a fruit loop.
If he intends to move everything over to the Nuttals licence shouldn't he have registered the services on that licence by now?
He's doing a farewell to step entrance deckers on route 21 on 31st December if anyone wants to go.
Sounds like the TC will just keep following him round all these licences .

What does he expect? He's clearly tried to 'trip' the TC up by employing a private eye to follow and film her because she exposed his dodgy ways, then from his own home using a fake profile he uploaded videos of the TC into a website and also slandered her on a public blog. Did he really think he was untraceable lol.
On a serious note, the TC and VOSA are connected?? The Nuttals licence has already been connected to his operations. If he was to try and register his current catch 22 services on the Nuttals licence to kick in around the time the current licence is revoked couldn't VOSA simply refuse to accept his registrations??
But if he is barred for 12 months, there is nothing to stop other people with prominent positions within the company registering these services under the Nuttalls licence.

Because there's still a connection to him.
It's the old story of exploiting a loophole. The brothers behind GHA did it and luckily have just had there licence revoked it would speed things up if VOSA simply didn't accept the registrations.
