I thought this was pending another appeal. I am in Blackpool myself on Saturday as it's Winter Gold on the Heritage Trams, so if there's been no definite news by then, I'll update on what I see.

In addition to their Licence being revoked it appears they tried to make changes to their license witch was refused:

So despite the decision of the TC to revoke his licence he's still applied to increase the VA?

Correct!

He's still running. There's a post on Facebook today informing about delays to 24 service

I can confirm this. In Blackpool now and all services appear to still be running.

So how is he still getting away with it ?

Also on 26th he advertised for new staff via Facebook!

I can vouch as well that he was still operating saw a SPD on 22 and a Versa on 24 while in around Blackpool/Cleveleys yesterday
