From reading the article it suggests the decision to revoke thier licence and ban the owner from the industry for 7 years has been quashed following intervention by a government based legal team, and they will now face a new PI infront of another TC or their deputy and not Mrs Bell - so not only does this decision undermine the great work that the North West TC do but if a future PI decides to revoke their licence their free to appeal again and it's like a vicious circle.

That's interesting - I didn't think First sold their vehicles on to other operators after they had used them.
The rules were relaxed around 2 years ago, First Potteries started selling a few on, First Kernow has sold a lot of stock, some even on eBay!
