Going to be quite some dead mileage for some of these operators considering their coming from out of the area especially TJ's who if its the same company are from Wakefield.

Shows how much they are getting paid to do the work. It will be crazy amounts of money.
Looks like Goodwins are fighting back.

How can they move contracts from Little Gem to Go Goodwins that contract should go back to open tender. if they are happy to move work they can now foot the bill for Little Gem.

Cheshire East originally announced (in 2020) that the contract had been awarded to Go Goodwins. It was originally operated by buses in the Go Goodwins livery, before the MMCs were acquired and painted in Little Gem livery.

Because the tender was awarded to Goodwins who happened to trade as Little Gem. In hindsight because Wes Goodwin is a director of both companies the TC should really investigate the sudden collapse of one company because it potentially puts the other at risk but of course it won’t happen as they are limited companies.

Cant they ban a TM for it?

The directors of GHA Coaches were banned. It didn't matter that they acquired the operating licence of RJs of Wem and the partner of one of the two brothers who were behind GHA was the company director of the new business. The TC prevented RJs of Wem from running services. GHA did a lot more wrong than Go Goodwins though.

His Son is the TM of the Goodwins licence so it wouldn’t really make a difference but it should go further.

TJ's Travel are from Lofthouse, on the Wakefield side of Leeds, and just off Junction 29 of the M62. It is definitely them operating the old Little Gem contract (773) as I've seen their coaches pass our window both this morning and this afternoon - a different vehicle on each occasion. Unfortunately I couldn't identify either vehicle, but the one this afternoon carried the description Leeds.

The last records I have for them showed a VA of 16, but 22 operational vehicles. As M60lad says, it must be a pretty lucrative contract !
