0701 V1 BUS is on the 52A today instead of the usual Trident.
The Super Pointer Dart has now been repainted and will be registered S80 BUS. Credit to the Peoplesbus Facebook page for this information.
I must say the livery to me seems to sit much better on the SPD than the MPD, can't quite work out why but the livery certainly is somewhat different indeed!
Might be the bonded glass, so you don't get the thin blue bits of paint between the windows on the SPD, as compared with the MPD!

On SPDs the window line is neater anyway as its the same both sides - On other Pointer 2s have the back two windows on the offside are shallower (to get the radiator in) than the nearside on SPDs they are all full depth, probably due to the longer rear overhang.

I agree Andy, I like the Metrorider as well, wonder what will happen to it ? Bar that though hats off to Peoplesbus an tbh what they have done with the Darts is what I call a proper P&P
Today there was a palatine in st.helens i wonder if it was on a school run?

il up load the photo later!
V1 BUS (0701) was out on the 52A today - very unusual for a school-day!
Rainford school route 795 is Peoplesbus operated often with their deckers on the afternoon service.
Attached is a sample of an Enviro400 in PeoplesBus' new standard livery. It's only a little sample - those names require too much effort to do at the front and the back too! Enjoy... Big Grin

I see one of the Olympians has been registered L954 LNE , I wonder is this due to pending sale ??
