Solo SR Y1 BUS (0101) is currently away due to having some faults. Lucky that the MPD was done when it was!

but wasn't worth spending any money on it to put it through another test given its age. The engine was tired and smokey and the diff grumbled so all in all wasn't worth the time or effort. peoplebus facebook page

SafariXpress 530 service starts tomorrow. It runs from St Johns Lane - London Road - Prescot Road - Old Swan - The Greyhound - Page Moss - Knowsley Safari Park. Tomorrow's bus is SPD S80 BUS. All Merseytravel pre-paid tickets are accepted between Liverpool and Page Moss, if you wish to travel to Knowsley Safari Park you must purchase a special ticket from your driver. Sounds like a very interesting route to me, and I will certainly head out to sample it this week!
Does anybody have prices for this for the full trip through the Safari Park?
According to the North West Bus Blog, it's £12.75 for an adult return and £9.50 for a child return.
