It is reported that 2 x Class 68 are to receive TPE livery for working their loco hauled trains.

Considering the contract is going to be allocated a pool of 17 (13 sets, 4 spares) I'm not too sure about that.

It's been confirmed another pair have been added on to the order (No.s 033 & 034) due to 2 extra power units becoming available. Emissions rules will be changing soon so anymore orders could be unlikely.

Not possible? I would have thought that they would be used for training with the Pretendolino sets.

88003 is named Genesis and 88005 Minerva.

Not 100% sure if that is happening now I think they could just wait out till the new stock arrives.
88008 is named "Ariadne".
