From the TFL website http://www.tfl.gov.uk/corporate/media/ne...28366.aspx

This suggests that deliveries will accelerate in the coming months. It will also give Oxford Street its first LTs, namely on route 390. It is interesting to reflect on how route 390 from King's Cross to Tufnell Park used to be covered by route 239, opo in 1971 and then route C11 in 1982 using BL midibuses!

Indeed, looking at the PVR for the 3 routes (9,11 & 390), looks like another 75ish LT's in service by the end of the year.

Could you possibly link to the photos of LT35 with the accident damage - I did see them at the time but I was trying to show a friend the photos but can't find them online anywhere!

It was a couple of weeks back....looks like it hit a bollard at Hampstead Heath terminus, doubt there will be any damage upstairs.
With routes 9 and 390 to gain LTs, and routes 11 and 24 having been unexpected initial choices, I think the likelihood is that LTs will operate routes in the heart of central London not yet Hybridised. Thus routes like the 13, 23, 73 and 94 may actually miss out on LTs in the end.
This coming Saturday (21 September) sees the conversion of Go Ahead route 11 (Liverpool Street/Fulham Broadway) to Borismasters, unlike the 24 though, it seems the change will be phased over a few days, possibly up to a week. LT41 - LT68 (LTZ1041-68) are allocated for the route (pvr 25 & 3 spare). Then, on 26 October, London United route 9 (Hammersmith/Aldwych) sees it's conversion with LT69 upwards to LT90ish (pvr 22 & ? spare) with Metroline's 390 following towards the end of the year with LT90ish to LT11? (pvr 20 & ? spare), the 390 being operated from Holloway garage as is the 24, would expect the 24 & 390 batches to mix between the two routes. I shall be down in London middle of next week to get the new batch on camera!
