There's an article on the Liverpool Echo website regarding the withdrawal of the 11 in February. Ace are blaming the withdrawal of bus lanes leading to added congestion
Once again Joe Anderson showing what an out of touch clown he is with his comments to the Echo.
Indeed, the man hasn't got a clue, he is nothing more than an clueless idiot.
More likely to do with it carrying fresh air. The only bus lane on the route is a short section between Derby Lane and Green Lane.

SD.
Not to mention that the bus lanes along any part of any route are only in operation Mon - Fri Mornings OR Afternoon rush hours minus the one in town by Lewis'. Bus company making up excuses to hide the fact the route failed and upsetting the people of Old Swan who called for its return.
They may have called for it's return, but the message from the local councillors was use it or lose it. Judging what I have seen people haven't been using it in any great numbers.

SD.
No every time I have seen it, it has been near empty, they use MPD's on it but a tandem would be too big most of the time.
Any news on this new St Helens to Huyton Route?

It's not St Helens - Huyton (don't worry I was given the same info) but Huyton - Prescot - Whiston - Halewood.
