I've uploaded a few pictures and videos of the two buses. Apologies for the light as my battery was draining fast.

Out of interest, was this a company radio system or was the driver listening to a commercial/BBC radio station?

It was a commercial radio station, speakers are fitted to the roof of W108 EWU and the radio quietened when the door opened. A rather nice feature if its stood still.
Wouldn't they need a license for this under the copyright, designs and patents act or is it different for a bus?
I think they need a commercial broadcast licence or you use to need one.

No, I was wondering if a license was needed to play commercial radio under the copyright, design and patents act. I wasn't to sure if the rules where different for buses, but as MM has already stated they more than likely do need one.

Ah your on about the music and not the exterior of the bus. Funny thing is that the Arriva 'keep it down or turn it off' sticker was still on the cab bit of the bus. I wouldn't of minded if the volume of the rattleing and banging of the suspension was a little lower.

Yes they deffiantly do need a licence to broadcast commercial music and part of the licence stipulates that the licence symbol is displayed on the entrance to the premises so Presumsbly it should be displayed near the doors of the bus.

Or displayed on the door of their office unit?
