Arriva Buses Wales - Wrexham Depot
RE: Arriva Buses Wales - Wrexham Depot
Yeah they will be the same as Wrexhams Enviro 200s, Enviro200 launch will be in Wrexham on a Saturday and Enviro400 Sapphire launch in Chester on the Sunday or vice versa.

If the rumour of nine Enviro400s of Chester does materialise I think there's a good chance they could replace the five Optare Solos and the four Wright Cadets. The Solos would go to Wrexham with the four Cadets replacing four Optare Solo SRs at St Helens or Winsford depots which would also go to Wrexham.

Just a thought!

You would have more chance of St Helens disposing it's ex-Manchester solo's than the SR's...

Completely disagree with the sentiment that the SRs aren't needed at St Helens. So long as they're allocated correctly, there's nothing wrong with their operation at all.

The original plan was for some of the solo sr's to go when we got the deckers but due to it highering the average age of the fleet they decided to send the volvos b10ble's to green lane to lower the average age of the st helens fleet.

Macauley and others have clearly stated that it would be Solo SRs leaving and not the classic style Solos

Rumored not stated, As with most fleet movements when a new influx occurs, it is not always the case that the aforementioned depart.
