As currently they will 2 depots if they close Eccles they will get 0 from TFGM for when they lose that area in 2025. as it could be they lose Bolton but keep Eccles. as it a small unit they may not buy that depot. |

RE: Greater Manchester Tenders
With the demise of MCT and First not really having any interest at all, Rosso have got a little bit of an advantage now in Oldham/Rochdale and to a degree Bury. Only issue with Rosso is they seem to have a constant shortage of drivers which may cause them issues in the future. |

RE: Greater Manchester Tenders
Have Rosso at Rochdale actually got enough vehicles to operate these services or will they have to acquire some from somewhere? |

RE: Greater Manchester Tenders
It will be really nice to see Rosso again around Oldham but who will be operating the new 411 Oldham to Derker service |

A number of ex Nottingham Enviro200s have been purchased and are expected at Team Pennine which could result in some solos being passed over to Rosso |

The last handful of solos that came from ‘team Pennine’ or Yorkshire tiger look very nice all painted in Rosso yellow etc, they have even had seat re-trims, but they spend more time broken down than they do in service. Seems to be every other day in Bury I see one being attended to by engineers. |

Presumably the two services wouldn't line up very well, extending the 76 would would extend the drivers duty times, things like meal breaks would have to then be adjusted, say a driver does his first half on a 76, has a break then goes out on a different route, duty times on the other routes then need adjusting, why go to so much hassle when as a tender the cost of an additional bus with a couple of extra duties will have been factored in, and covered by TfGM? Also to take into account, the 76 is a very easily delayed service, any delay on a 76 arriving into Oldham causes the 411 section to Derker to be late, with some hefty fines from TfGM. |
