Arriva North West - Southport Depot
RE: Arriva North West - Southport Depot
Let's re regulate buses because they won't serve a village of 500 people, of which, very few use the bus. How dare they remove the bus from a disused area.

They can just put bus stops on the main road somehow. No, it's not perfect but nothing is in this world. Do we serve a village for 28 people per day or do we speed up journeys for our hundreds of other passengers. Interesting that Labours catchphrase is 'for the many and not for the few' yet they are slating companies for following the same principal.

I wonder if Stagecoach have considered running the X2 into Ince Blundell?

No need for Arriva to completely miss it out, maybe just have one per hour serving the village would be better than nowt.

The proposed revision to the 47 is part of Merseytravel's Sefton Bus Review for 2019, so presumably they are fine with Arriva's re-routing.

I understand Stagecoach were asked if they would re-route their X2 into Ince Blundell and they declined.

I have been on services that operated via Ince Blundell and not picked anyone up.

Arriva have thought its a case of use it or lose it , and lose it has won .

3088 is the latest Southport bus to the ever grownig attendees at the bodyshop in St.Helens... https://www.otsnews.co.uk/live-updates-p...-two-cars/

That makes 3088, 3090, 4576 and the long term 4578 there.

Been told there is no truth in the rumour that the bodyshop is Southport's new outstation Wink Smile
