Despite the time on the national rail item it happened about 10.30 yesterday, blocking the slow lines and thus access to/from the flyover. Slow lines re-opened about 14.00. |

That bridge must have been heavily clouted for the bricks to be that distorted on the bridge , the fear was the bridge would fall into the nearby OHLE stanchion causing significantly more damage |
