2516 is back in service at Bootle seeing as all the Pool Cadets are back in service is 2543 likely to return to service too?

The reason why I think these Cadets will be around for several more years is because, outside of London, Arriva has a moratorium on fleet replacement. Refurbishing, repainting and re-engineering a Cadet is a lot cheaper than buying a new Streetlite or Enviro200 MMC.
Even in London Arriva are having a break from new vehicles. This may be circumstantial with no new route tenders requiring new buses.
