Paint doesn't cause a bus to be stay in service longer mate. it might've been withdrawn to a fault or something or it might've looked knackered around the edges and co.

Yeah it's just 2539/41/47 in Cadet terms withdrawn in Runcorn.
Passing Runcorn Depot this morning and 2541 was been been made ready to depart connected to a PVS wagon also 2539 was been made ready to be picked up later could only see one more stuck in the corner

Update from Birkenhead.
2527 2530 2536 2537 2538 2614 have all left for scrap.
2543 has gone away to donate its reconditioned engine to 2631 before heading to the scrap man.
2529 still parked on the back. 2545 and 2553 both still in service.
2493 was on 413/4,2544 and 2545 on 418 and 2553 on 492/5 yesterday.

2493 is withdrawn as its MOT is due.
