Aintree Coachline are running the Cheshire Show shuttle from Knutsford again this year. Not sure on the exact vehicle they were using but it's a decker.

D&G, Network Warrington and GHA have all run the shuttle in past years but Aintree had it last year as well. Not sure how they got it ahead of more local operators, perhaps they have more spare large buses in their yard?

GHA had plenty and drivers were low paid (as far as I know) so it is no surprise they ran the shuttles. Helms/Aintree have lots of deckers and the drivers are lowish paid (compared to NW, Arriva, Stagecoach etc) so it could be that side of things? Just down to how many deckers you have and how much you pay drivers?
