It will actually be "Second edition". Mk I was the type as built from late 2005, Mk II is the standard with more curved paneling both exterior and interior, a central exit and 'Plaxton Centro' interior.
Finally after a long wait, Dart KM51 BFN (112) has been sold to Avon Buses, Prenton. I'm also led to believe that Avon could also potentially be buying other Dart KN52 NFE (110) however this decision is still undecided and nothing has been confirmed as of yet.
The second new Enviro 200 SN16 OGP (122) has arrived last night.
The second Scania OmniDekka YN03 DFA has now recieved LED Destination blinds and a base coat, awaiting vinyl's on Sunday. It has been given the fleet number of 129, and will mainly see use on Neston school services.
Due to Cheshire Council deciding to opt out of the wrap for the two vehicles, Enviro 200 YX65 RFN (121) has been painted in an new adapted version to the normal 'Inter-the-city' livery, which is carried by VDL Cadet 115. It has been given a base coat similar to 115, however in a couple of weeks 121 will gain swoops and vinyl writing in a burgundy colour.
The second Enviro200 SN16 OGP (122) will take 121s place for a couple of months on the 272 service on a Monday-Friday daytime, and the City-Rail-Link on Saturdays. Then, it will either be painted in 121s livery, or it will be painted into standard fleet colours, the same as the other Enviro200s.
Also, Scania GB03 ACL has gained Centrad LED Destination displays - so the vehicle is ready for the forthcoming DDA changes, before being sent back to Aintree once a few other Helms deckers are back on the road.
Dart MPD KN52 NFE (110) has been acquired by Avon Buses, Prenton.
Ex-Ace Travel Dennis Trident/Plaxton President LK03 GHH (128) is currently being painted into 'Inter-the-City' City-Rail-Link livery. Similar to 121, it will gain a orange base colour and swoops and writing in a burgundy colour.
The 2 remaining ex-Stagecoach Volvo B7RLEs YK53 GXJ (21249) and YK53 GXM (21251) are currently in the Helms depot, awaiting delivery to Ensign Bus over the weekend.
I will coming around Helms depot on Friday morning to take photograph of 21249 and 21251 before heading down to Ensign by weekend.
