I think the problem is more to do with not having enough spare vehicles available in sapphire enhanced livery , its not good to see normal livered vehicles on this service without the Wi-fi .

I probably think that this will be the last sapphire enhancement with existing vehicles , all further sapphire enhancements should be with new vehicles , Arriva could do without the bad publicity.
