HTL Buses
RE: HTL Buses
A new arrival here is ADL E200MMC YX23OSA, I believe an additional three are expected to arrive this week.

Oh Superman where are you now, when everything's gone wrong somehow, the men of steel, the men of power, are losing control by the hour.

That sounds promising given the PVR increase on the 16th. These will be useful on the 152 with the extension to Southport, anything smaller may be quite cosy in the Summer.

I assume that the extended 152 is a long contract (5 years?) Also, do you know if these new MMCs are on lease or have been purchased? I think that the most recent purchases are 63-plate short Solos.

They do have some 16 Plate Solo's.

RE: HTL Buses
The most recent buses bought new were the 16 plate Solo SRs but I believe the most recent purchase overall was MMC YW68OVY. I have been led to believe that the 152 will be using these but weather that turns out to be the case we'll have to wait and see. I would assume they have been leased rather than bought but I am not entirely sure at the moment.

RE: HTL Buses
Four ADL E200MMCs noted here ready for service on Monday are YX23OSA/B/C/D. Two of those are expected to be allocated to the 289/39 (which will interwork), the other two I'm not sure of - although I had assumed the 152 this seems to not be the case.

RE: HTL Buses
Usual disclaimers regarding the accuracy of Bustimes but J8 HTL apparently did some 898 services this morning, surely this hasn't reentered service considering it's been VOR for a few years.

RE: HTL Buses
Pretty certain that will have been YX23OSB, although J8HTL is still present and has been moved around the yard recently.
