First bus broke down on Oldham Street in the City Centre tonight about 6pm. It was stuck in the middle of the road completely blocking any way forward so consequently caused chaos with traffic behind.
I happened to be on the 216 19260 that was left standing for 20 minutes going nowhere.

Not the first time and probably won't be the last time that a Firstbus has brokend down where it did on Oldham Street, I remember when the same happened a couple of years ago, all buses behind it ended up reversing back up Oldham Street and turning into Stevenson Square and terminating there

The new hybrids for 50 will enter service when they've all arrived and had their PDI checks done on them, as far as I know there's only one at Hyde Road at the moment and I'm pretty certain that not all have been built yet
