Unfortunately we are in one of those phases where the earth's tectonic plates are moving ,in the last few days we have had two earthquakes in Japan and now one in Ecuador .

It seems the pacific ring of fire is bearing its teeth yet again .

The latest death toll in the Ecuador Earthquake is 77 deaths , with this likely to go higher.

Two News items from North America .

Firstly it now looks highly likely that Donald trump will become the Republican (GOP) party nomination for president of the United States of America after Mr Cruz decided to pull out of the race after a heavy loss in Indiana .

Secondly it looks highly liked that Fort McMurray in the Canadian province of Alberta will be destroyed in a wildfire. There has been a forced evacuation of 80,000 people from the town which lies 235 miles north of the provincial capital of Alberta , Edmonton.

I think we all here at dartslf.com wish the community and emergency services in the city of Fort McMurray well in this very trying time .

A hundred year old lady has set a record for being the oldest person to sprint a hundred metres. After her sprint Ida Keeling performed press ups and sit ups.
Good on her!

I think I struggle doing a hundred metre jog, never mind a sprint. http://dartslf.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif
