This is Lower bebington Village we are talking about , this Spy car is usually out in this location about once every 2 to 3 months .
The road curves through the village so the camera operative has not seen the bus in the mirror , the vehicle usually parks in the direction of Clatterbridge to get a clear view forward and back.
