Looks like anything goes on the 28 and 60 as these routes were generally run by the 61 Plate Enviros which judging from previous reports appear to be on the Wigan tenders. The 12 also was for a long time run with MW52 UCC but now again anything goes.

Those Enviro200's are possible loans as I've just seen out of the corner of my eye the green ADL Enviro200 MMC demo bus on West End Road and I'm unsure if it's even with Hattons but given the direction its come from and the size it's likely I'd say to be Hattons

Edit: YX65 RLO is a demo, don't know if it's the only one like this
