Hate to say this Terence but sometimes I ignore the route change bit on VOSA registrations as some of the time its not strictly true and its just a timetable change with no change to the route whatsoever, its just the way VOSA put things sometimes |

To be fair, if it says route and timetable change, it's probably a minor change, however, if it says route, stopping places and timetable change, it will be a significant change. |

I believe the 38/38A change is just a slight route alteration but not sure what it is yet |
