Note that 27624/5, ST59 and RT59JPT are reported as moving from Middleton to reserve.

That leaves 47825 as the last survivor of the buses that Stagecoach took on from Bluebird and JPT at Middleton. One or two still operational elsewhere in the fleet, but not at their original depot.

Looks like they want rid rid of the Bluebird & JPT vehicles believe West Scotland has the other 2 Solo SRs (47822-23) Scotland East have the 3 original Enviro300s (27598-27600). 36076 & 36077 are also from Bluebird and still in use at Stockport.

There were 4 Solo's in total - I believe 47824 is at Ashton

With the 156/56 going to Hyde road and the 171/172 to Sharston it allows for the fleet at Middleton to become somewhat standardised although going into reverse doesn’t mean the end.

You are right about that Mayneway, as I have seen 27624 out in service this week.

On the other hand, 36075 DD56BLU is reported on Facebook as having been donated to charity, so that sounds quite final. Another of the ex Bluebird busses is no more.
