With all services going over to a Sunday service all of the Runcorn SB120's (Cadets & Centros) plus the 3 SB180's on hire and the 2 enviros also on hire will be taken out service

Will Runcorn therefore only be using EcoCities and Pulsars for the time being?

I may have underestimated how many Cadets are still at Runcorn. Mind you, not all routes are necessarily suitable for larger buses.

As the X1 Saph pulsars get reliveried, I can see them either being put into Arriva new or put into Saph new and moved to Bolton (with Boltons 2009 Saph pulsars repainted into Arriva new and moved into Runcorn) as they will want newer buses to be on Saph routes. If the X1 is as unviable as Arriva made out, they will want older buses with lower running costs on the route.

3140 has already been repainted into the new standard livery and I expect it'll be the same for the rest of that batch as well

A few of Bolton's Pulsars have been painted into the new Sapphire livery so I think it's unlikely that such a swap will occur
