I would have placed that point at the loss of the 149 and 415 to Stagecoach.

They went really lost. They were cancelled as commercial services but stagecoach won them when they wee offered as tenders. No idea if firstbus bid on them or not

RE: First Manchester
The 24 is an interesting one as it does make money and use the last one (18:23) from Piccadilly to get home from work Mon-Fri and it does leave Manchester with good loads on it most of the time, I'm just wondering what their plan is for 181/182s with them withdrawing 24.

I wonder as they are getting rid of all short routes whether they will try and sell the ‘trunk’ routes either separately or more likely in packages? I think all four main Manchester operators would be interested in some or all of them.

It seems that why and also on Sunday the 22nd the 81 had all the Moston to Manchester Removed so that now back to a full every 15 minutes service. Oldham Depot Sell of is surely being the most intresting one out of the three
