Nothing as such I believe - the contracts they've been used on this year are being dropped in favour of travel on commercial services. That said, I suppose the change may require a higher decker PVR...

I literally went bus spotting in work today and made a check on which Bluebirds are still in the depot:

7 in total are at Gillmoss

29883 CX02ECN, 29884 CX02ECT, 29885 CX02EFF, 29886 CX02EFG & 29890 CX02EGF are in schoolbus yellow.

29880 CX02EGK & 29882 CX02ECC are in Stagecoach livery.

Last two buses on the Stagecoach 135 (Aintree to Bootle Circular) were Dart 34803 PX55EGK on the xx.34 trips off Aintree and Solo 47709 MX54YZR on the xx.04 trips off Aintree.

Do we know whether Stagecoach will be operating the P&R shuttle for 'The Open' this July (20-23rd) when it's at Birkdale please?? They always seem to do fir it but thought I'd ask anyway!

Has the RMT announced the dates for the next round of strikes on the Merseyrail network yet? It might be more than just the P+R that Stagecoach operates.
