This new 23 service from Liverpool - Black Bull seems a bit pointless. Running the same route as Stagecoachs 20. Cant see it lasting long. |

That 23 has lots of competition in that area, lots of stagecoach/arriva passes around, not sure I see the point in that service but you never know. |
