Almost certainly problems with trained drivers and not passenger numbers as the AM extras on the Mid-Cheshire should be carrying a number of school children (some of whom are currently having to arrive at school at 8am due to a train half an hour later not running.) We know from government announcements they will close many places of business ahead of closing schools again.
