Unsure about Evenings but I know the 17B on a Sunday is normally a Sprinter. |

Sunday duties on the 17B starts in the depot so can see anything allocated to it but there are more Sprinters spare on the Sunday as the 883 doesn't run. The evening 17B duty works off the Huyton Circular bus as a rule from the depot but the regular driver of the Monday - Friday 17B likes V980 XUB so is regularly allocated this bus, this is also why sometimes when V980 XUB isn't on the Speke Circular other buses can appear on the 17B such as DK04 SUH which was present a week or two ago. Occasionally that driver sometimes covers the night 17B of a Sunday which explains sometimes why V980 XUB has subbed off a smaller Solo or Sprinter on the Sunday, as that bus is usually spare all day on a Sunday. Optare Solo M970SR KP63 RHE is now in service here and was on the 211 today in place of V980 XUB which was off the road for routine inspection. Oh Superman where are you now, when everything's gone wrong somehow, the men of steel, the men of power, are losing control by the hour.

V980 XUB replaced J8 HTL which in turn replaced YJ61 MOA on the 263 and went on to work the evening 17B. Oh Superman where are you now, when everything's gone wrong somehow, the men of steel, the men of power, are losing control by the hour.

Renault Master X338 SKJ has been fitted with a front LED unit. V980 XUB is on the revised 17B and white Solo KP63 RHE was on the 195. Oh Superman where are you now, when everything's gone wrong somehow, the men of steel, the men of power, are losing control by the hour.

A KX reg Enviro200 on 111 today, and a Merc Sprinter was on 141 last night. |
