Due to unprecedented weather , the following services have been suspended possibly for a considerable time . Preston - Barrow Carlisle - Newcastle Carlisle - Skipton Carnforth - Skipton At present Northern is not going to operate any replacement bus services due to the road conditions not allowing it . |

also the Manchester Victoria - Burnley - Blackburn service is only running Manchester - Burnley Manchester Road. |
