The class 387/2s intended for Gatwick Express are going to debut on that route on Leap Year Day! Further developments are planned for Gatwick services in the summer ....

This franchise alongside its cousin Thameslink is getting it in the ear on all sides for being so unreliable both because of traincrew difficulties but also network rail inspired problems associated with the London Bridge area.
