Most likely the 1/X1 will be under Merseyside franchising system once that gets underway, i believe the current plan for the Wirral routes is, operating 1/X1 & Schools from Rock Ferry, everything else from Laird Street, could well stipulate all 1/X1s are allocated to deckers.
