Pointless stagecoach registering it really if that's true, incidentally CWaC have this service registered in their website as being run by Arriva as well as the X1,1,2 Ruthin

RE: Stagecoach Chester & Wirral
The changes to the Chester timetables from the 23rd are available here:
https://www.stagecoachbus.com/service-up...:59:40:365

The main things seem to be:
○ Halving of the frequency of service 51 to every 30 minutes during the day, Monday to Saturday ... surely they'll have to keep deckers on some of the morning trips, particularly those when many pass users get on, or else leave potential passengers behind
○ Withdrawal of the 53's evening service
○ Withdrawal of service 8 on Monday to Saturday evenings
○ New timetable for evening journeys on service 16

There are also some more minor amendments.

RE: Stagecoach Chester & Wirral
This afternoons' line up of vehicles for the peak hour rail replacement services is currently sat on Exchange Street East. Unlike last week, where it was just Arriva vehicles, we have a number of Stagecoach buses in the line up as well.

Are Stagecoach helping out on the RR buses for some reason? I thought the contract was with Arriva?

That seems to be the usual approach - I've seen more Max and Sapphire vehicles on the 11 than the Coastliners for a good while now.

Whats this got to do with Stagecoach Chester & Wirral it should be in the Arriva thread with the Arriva posts on either side of it
