Presuming they want more 172s. Chiltern acquiring the TPE 170s fulfilled their immediate need for extra capacity and they got more carriages than they originally planned to get.
London Midland could be a possibility seeing as they already have 172s
LO is reported to have taken up an option to order a further 42 Class 710 carriages. These are to be formed into 6 x 5 car and 3 x 4 car trains for the GOBLIN extension to Barking Riverside and the East London Line were 20 tph is planned,
The two driving cars of new unit 710258 (432158 + 432558) were noted were noted on trailers heading south on the M1 yesterday. it is believed that their destination is Purfleet for a trip to France.
710261/66/67 + 2 others were noted outside Willesden Depot yesterday.
378232 is the first of three units to be temporarily reduced to four cars for use on Gospel Oak to Barking services. this is as a result of the Class 710 delays on entering service. I would imagine that the other two units will be 378233/34.
