For completeness the train started on 7th September, and 09009 was reported arriving on 29th, despite various lists showing it elsewhere.
Apologies to all. It was reported on here.
With regard to 09009 it has been reported that it came from Trafford Park. However last reported location for the loco was March Yard.
I think it actually came from Barrow Hill, see

I travelled to London yesterday from Crewe for a day catching up with new bus deliveries in North East London. Passing Wembley yard at great speed on a Pendolino I saw a GBRF Class 66. I noticed the large F231 painted on the side where the number is usually placed.

Does anyone know what this might have been? It was gone in a flash but I am sure it was a GBRF Class 66.
